We Are Working on Improving the Cosmetic Outcome of Port Wine Stain
A research study to determine whether early or early and frequent laser treatment will improve the outcome of port wine stain has received ethics approval.
We are assessing and recruiting babies less than 6 weeks old with a port-wine stain on the face. If you know parents who may be interested in having their baby assessed at the laser unit for this study, please call the Dermatology Clinical Research Registrar on RCH switchboard 9345 5522 pager 4803.
